Thank You Very Much! This is a very helpful guide to hydration in an athlete. I have really benefited from this write up because I have learned the importance of hydration and by keeping hydrated I can run faster and don't get winded at game time. I play on the Junior Lakehill Tournament Team and our coaches Peter and Mark have the Hydration Station. The Hydration Station is an excellent invention for softball because when we play in the heat and we fill the pocket with ice, that keeps our drinks cold and it is so fast, handy and you can access it really easily. It is also quite easy to transport the object because it folds up and doesn't require much space.
